Overall, I thought the communication was good. Whenever I had a question, I did get an answer, and the info was clear enough that I didn’t have to keep asking follow-ups, which I appreciated. One response took a little longer than I expected, but maybe I was just being impatient? It wasn’t a big deal in the end. I’d say 4 stars feels fair.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I signed up, but the melts have actually been really good. The subscription was simple to set up and easy to manage, which I appreciated. My only issue is that delivery has been late a couple of times, so that part wasn’t quite as smooth as I hoped
